At X-Chair, we stand behind our ergonomic solutions; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your chair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated customer service team via phone or email within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack for Transit

Disassemble your X-Chair and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the product is protected from damage during the return shipment.

Affix Shipping Label

Place your provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
